Start with your box

Choose a template in استوديو العلب, set width, depth and height, then add optional artwork. Use the slider to open the box and continue to its flat template. Browse النماذج for branded presentations or قوالب القص for starting dimensions.

Exports & production

Templates use nominal fold-to-fold dimensions. Inner and Outer modes apply a simple single-wall thickness estimate. They do not calculate stock-specific bend allowances, machine tolerances, or glue behavior. Make a physical prototype and have your manufacturer approve the dieline.

Choose your export

SVG: true-size editable vector paths and embedded raster artwork, grouped by function.
DXF: geometry only, in millimeters, with CUT and FOLD layers.
PDF: one sheet at its actual physical size, rasterized at 150 dpi. Print at 100%; disable “Fit to page.” Oversized sheets need a large-format printer or tiling software.
PSD: 150 dpi RGB raster layers for artwork/material, cut lines, fold lines, and enabled measurements/guides. This is a real PSD, but does not contain editable text or vector smart objects.
PNG: pixels calculated at 150 dpi; set the import resolution to 150 dpi in your editor.

Additional formats

EPS: editable cut and fold paths for Illustrator; no artwork or native .ai metadata.
JPG: 1600 × 1200 assembled concept image, not a printable flat dieline.
CSV: full-sheet and panel measurements in millimeters.

Optional flat-sheet limit

When enabled, both overall flat dimensions must be within or equal to the limits before any export. Rotation is considered only when allowed. Auto-fit reduces the box, glue tab (minimum 3 mm), and safe inset; it never enlarges the design. The limit includes all pieces and inter-piece gaps. It excludes bleed, tool stroke width and printer margins. A rotated fit is reported; exported dielines retain their original orientation, so rotate them in your print or layout application.

Artwork & production

Automatic fit uses image dimensions, not AI or content recognition. “Contain” keeps the whole image; “Cover” crops to fill. Full-dieline wrap maps a single image over the flat bounding rectangle. Previously designed dielines may need manual repositioning; white areas in your original image remain white.

No bleed is generated. Safe-area guides are interior reference rectangles on body panels, not manufacturing clearance or window safety margins. Disable labels and guides for production artwork. Convert colors to your printer’s CMYK profile externally. Windows need separately supplied clear film. Lid & base defaults to 2 mm nominal lid oversize; change it using the Advanced lid-clearance control for your stock.

Previews unfold the actual panels around shared edges. They illustrate structure without calculating material deformation or collisions. Very large sheets use vector exports to avoid excessive browser memory use.

Private by design

No accounts, analytics, external APIs, cloud storage, CDNs, or subscriptions. Images and project files are processed locally in your browser. Save your project before closing or reloading the page.
